Directions for use:
Place one mini-scoop (= approx. 1/8 of a teaspoon) into an empty glass.
Add 8 ounces of clean water, such as distilled, bottled or otherwise filtered. Tap water is not recommended because of the heavy chlorine content of most municipal water. Let the solution sit for a few minutes if you want to maximize the effect. This can take up to 3 minutes, depending on the quality of the source water.
The taste should be smooth, not bitter. If you find the taste bitter, you are using too much Nano-Cal: adjust accordingly. Some find it most convenient to mix a larger batch (say the equivalent of a one-liter bottle) ahead of time and sip it throughout the day. If you plan to mix a large batch, please be sure to keep it in either a glass, ceramic or other non-reactive container. Plastic bottles have a tendency to release chlorine and other noxious materials into your water after a time, so try to avoid using them.
Begin with two servings per day, prior to meals or exercise. You may increase the frequency of use, but not the quantity of the individual dose. You may also find that once in the morning is sufficient. You are your own best judge.
Nano-Cal™ should never be consumed dry or in capsule form, as the ion-producing action can only occur in solution (i.e. dissolved in water).
Note for Diabetics: Please be sure to monitor your glucose levels when taking Nano-Cal. There has been a single report of a drop in glucose levels that could be considered hazardous. This only has occurred in one patient; however, it is worth mentioning. The levels did not drop after the initial downward 'spike'. It appears that Nano-Cal may play an important role in assisting the regulation of glucose levels as part of a diet and exercise regimen.
Note for everyone: When using this, or any supplement, your best ally is your common sense. Please make use of it! More is not necessarily better, especially not at first.
